Characteristics:
Adopt the anilox roller to spread ink.
Unwinding and rewinding are controlled by magnetism power brake, clutch. (or by automatic tension controller of mitsubishi , made in Japan).
Printing unit adopt 360o for registration.
Printing unit have one infrared to dry the device group each.
The rubber roller can break away from automatically while parking, and running at a low speed, in order to avoid water being black to be dry.
The main motor is adopted the import stepless regulation of frequency conversion.
Unwinding, printing, varnishing, IR drying, laminating and rewinding can be finished in one process, this kind of printing machine is best for each printing companies to print on adhesive-paper labels and other commercial label.

Installation and testing the machines
If the buyer need engineer from the seller's side, the seller should dispatch an engineer to buyer's side. The buyer pays all the expenses including the payment to get visa, round air ticket, food and accommodation, and also pays 90$/day for engineer during the installtion and testing machine period.

Guarantee:
Within one year guarantee from installation date. If the machine need repair during this period, the seller shall dispatch technician to buyer's side. The buyer pays all the expenses including the payment to get visa, round air ticket, food and accommodation during the repairing period, and pays 90$/day for engineer. During this period, the seller will bear the cost for defective parts arisen by quality and mail the parts. but the freight for the defective parts should be paid by the buyer’s side. Additionally, if the defective parts are arisen by improper use of buyer’s side, the seller will not supply them for free.
